
Louis L. Lizzadro, CCIM
Louis is the founder and managing member of Lizzadro Real Estate and has been a licensed real estate managing broker in Illinois since 2006. Louis began his real estate career in 2004 with a successful condominium conversion in Elmhurst, Illinois. Since attaining his license he has closed more than one hundred (100) real estate transactions totaling more than one-hundred million dollars in value. He has represented many clients in all forms of commercial transactions such as land, industrial, office, multifamily, forestry, and retail. Louis’ previous experience as a Senior Project Manager for a regional electrical construction company provides him with a keen insight into the development and construction process. Louis has served clients at such as the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Commonwealth Edison (ComEd), Exelon, Cook County, Village of Lombard, City of Naperville, and Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare.
Louis is a graduate of the CCIM Institue earning his CCIM designation on October 21, 2010, in Orlando Florida. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. For more than 50 years, CCIMs have been recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. The CCIM lapel pin denotes that the wearer has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
In addition to his work with Lizzadro Real Estate, Louis serves in various capacities at several other organizations; President of Lizzadro Properties, Inc., an owner and manager of privately held commercial real estate investments, Vice President/Treasurer of Gratiot Lake Conservancy, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, and is on the Board of Directors at the Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art.
He is also actively involved in civic, philanthropic, and charitable endeavors. He is a member of CCIM, CCIM Illinois, National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce, and Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
