December 28, 2022 - Lizzadro Real Estate reports an exceptionally busy two year period of lease activity across several properties. This included new leases, extensions, and expansions negotiated at five different properties in the Chicago area. The total value of all leases exceeded $10,000,000 over an average of 5.23 years term.

This is a rather significant milestone for Lizzadro Real Estate, LLC. The leases included tenants such as Advocate Health, NuVasive, LPMS-USA, BTI Communications, Seagraves Financial, Carol’s Cookies, Creators, California Closets, Baltic Networks, Sign Outlet, Atwater Medical Devices, Funky Junque, and Devincio. From local “mom and pop” operations to multi billion dollar corporations.
