Lease Announcement: 1220 Kensington Road, Oak Brook

March 15, 2019 - Lizzadro Real Estate successfully negotiated a lease with CMS Office Management d/b/a Waddell & Reed (now LPL Financial, ed. 6/1/2022), an investment advisory firm in Oak Brook, IL. The nearly five thousand six hundred square foot space was built out to Class A standards and provides all the necessary compliments desired by their office team.

The seven-year lease brings the Museum Plaza Professional Offices to 100% occupancy. Waddell & Reed join Skawski Law Offices, LLC, Sarantakis Law Group, LTD., Lizzadro Real Estate, LLC, L&H Company, Inc., and AFIN Family Wealth Management, Inc.
