Lease Announcement: 2200 Ogden Avenue - Suite 240, Lisle

September 30, 2019 - Lizzadro Real Estate negotiated a four-year lease extension with Baltic Networks at 2200 Ogden Avenue in Lisle. The agreement included a substantial increase in occupied space and takes Baltic’s occupancy through November 2025.

Lease expansion takes their total occupied space to just over 29,000 SF and allows the owners to maintain 100% occupancy at this location.
