Lease Announcement: 2200 Ogden Avenue, Suite 550, Lisle

May 21, 2020 - Lizzadro Real Estate negotiated a four-year, six-month lease extension with Allegra Print & Image at 2200 Ogden Avenue in Lisle. Ownership provided an extended base rent abatement due to the impact on Allegra’s business operations resulting from Covid.

The agreement takes Allegra’s occupancy through February 2025 and allows the owners to maintain 100% occupancy at this location.
