February 18, 2021 - Lizzadro Real Estate successfully negotiated a forty-nine (49) month lease with Funky Junque. Funky Junque designs and imports a wide variety of clothing and other wearables. This location is their primary warehouse and distribution facility. It will also house their administrative and design house.

Funky Junque will occupy 10,104 SF of office and warehouse space. The forty-nine month lease will take their occupancy of the space through July 2025.
