Lease Announcement: 1441 Branding Avenue, Suite 110, Downers Grove

March 1, 2022 - Lizzadro Real Estate, LLC and LPMS-USA negotiated a long agreement that included a significant expansion and eighty-four (84) month extension of their lease term. LPMS has been at this location since they began operations in February 2017. The agreement included an increase in occupied space and takes LPMS’s occupancy through February 2029.

LPMS received a significant tenant improvement package that updated nearly all of the space they currently occupy. Office, restroom, entrance, warehouse and production areas were all updated to a near Class A level.

The expansion takes their total occupied space to 14,553 SF and allows the owners to maintain 100% occupancy at this location.
