March 23, 2022 - Lizzadro Real Estate successfully negotiated a lease amendment with NuVasive, Inc. BTI is the innovation leader in comprehensive spinal procedure solutions and enabling technology to change patient lives. NuVasive has locations in Illinois, California, Ohio, New Jersey, Michigan, Tennessee, and international locations in Germany and Japan.

NuVasive will continue to occupy 5,297 SF of office and warehouse space. The thirty-six month lease will take their occupancy of the space until June 2025.
