April 13, 2022 - Lizzadro Real Estate, LLC and Advocate Home Health Services negotiated a lease amendment that extends their occupancy for sixty (60) months. Advocate has been at this location since January 2000. Advocate received a significant tenant improvement allowance in exchange for their commitment to this property.

The agreement takes Advocate’s occupancy through June 2028 and allows the owners to maintain 100% occupancy at this location.
